Hormones are chemical messengers produced by glands that travel through the blood to target organs. They regulate growth, metabolism, mood, and many other body functions.

Steps
Study the diagram and label the parts you recognize.
Build a model arm using cardboard tubes, string (tendons), and rubber bands (muscles). Show how muscles work in pairs to bend and straighten the elbow.
