Newton's Second Law of Motion explains how the motion of an object changes when a force acts on it. The law states that the acceleration of an object depends on two factors: the net force acting on the object and its mass. This can be summed up in the formula: Force = Mass ร— Acceleration (F = ma). For example, if you push a shopping cart, the harder you push (the greater the force), the faster it will accelerate. If the cart is full of groceries (greater mass), it will accelerate more slowly than if it is empty. This law helps us understand why lighter objects are easier to move than heavier ones and shows the relationship between force, mass, and acceleration in our everyday lives.
