Every day we make choices. Some are small, like what to eat for lunch. Some are big, like how to spend our time or who to be friends with. Good decision-making means thinking about what might happen. It helps to list the good and bad sides of each choice. Sometimes we ask a trusted adult for advice. Making thoughtful choices is a skill we can practice.
