Time to five minutes means looking at the clock and figuring out how much time is left until the next five-minute mark. For example, if the time is 2:12, we can see that it is 2 minutes until 2:15. To find out how many minutes are left, we subtract 12 from 15, which gives us 3 minutes. Understanding how to read the clock this way helps us know how much time we have before we need to do something else!
