Money coins are small, round pieces of metal that we use to buy things. Each coin has a different value, like a penny, which is worth one cent, or a quarter, which is worth twenty-five cents. When you go to a store, you can use these coins to pay for items. For example, if a toy costs 50 cents, you can use two quarters to buy it! Learning about coins helps us understand how to save and spend money wisely.
