Dad was in the garden on Saturday. He was pulling weeds. I asked if I could help. Dad said yes. He showed me which plants were weeds. I pulled them out. I put them in a pile. Then I watered the plants. I used the hose. I was careful not to step on the flowers. Dad said I did a good job. He gave me a high five. I felt proud. We had lemonade when we were done. I like helping Dad.
