Think of 3 people you'll see today — family, friends, or neighbors
For the first person, think about something specific you appreciate about them — maybe they're really funny, kind, or good at something
Walk up to them, look them in the eyes, and say your compliment: 'I really like how you always make me laugh!'
Notice their reaction — did they smile? People love hearing kind words!
For the second person, try a different kind of compliment — maybe about something they did: 'You made a really cool drawing today!'
For the third person, try complimenting something about their personality: 'You're a really good friend because you always share'
After giving all 3 compliments, think about how it made YOU feel — being kind feels good too!
Bonus challenge: ask each person to pass on a compliment to someone else, creating a compliment chain
