Here's a framework for approaching group decision after hearing arguments: 1. Frame the question precisely. Vague questions lead to vague answers. Instead of "Is this good?" ask "What are the specific benefits and drawbacks, and for whom?" 2. Examine the evidence critically. Not all evidence is equal.
