Line Drawing: Continuous Contour (Part 7)

Place an object (a shoe, a cup, a plant) in front of you.

Put your pencil on the paper and begin drawing the object's outline without lifting.

Move slowly. When you reach an interior detail, keep the pencil down and draw it as a connected line.

The result will look playful and loose. This exercise trains your eye and hand to work together.
