Take a ball of clay and roll it on the table with your palms to make a long snake.

Try to make it even in thickness from end to end.

Coil the snake into a spiral to make a snail shell. Add a head.

Make three different animals using only coils: a caterpillar, a pretzel, a letter of your name.
