Abstract Expressionist Splatter Painting

Lay your paper flat on the floor (protect the surface underneath). Wear old clothes.

Thin your paint slightly with water so it flows. Load a brush and flick it at the paper from different heights.

Use multiple colors, layering drips and splashes. Try dripping from a stick, pouring from a cup, or using a squeeze bottle.

Step back and evaluate. Add more paint where the composition feels empty. Let it dry completely.
