Being online means using the internet on a phone, tablet, or computer. AI is part of many things we do online.

If something online makes you feel scared, confused, or uncomfortable, stop what you are doing and tell a grown-up immediately.

Telling a grown-up about something scary online is not tattling — it is being brave and smart. Grown-ups want to help you.

Too much screen time is not healthy. Balance AI and internet time with playing outside, reading books, and spending time with family.
